Scrambled confetti for breakfast?

This scrambled egg is aesthetically appealing, delicious and healthy (in my opinion).  I really enjoyed making it as well as eating  it :).  It can be done in as little as 10 minutes and can feed 4 people for breakfast. Here's how:


5 Eggs
1 Green banana pepper (chopped in tiny cubes)
2 Orange banana peppers (also chopped)
1 Red Jalapeno (seeds removed and finely chopped)
2 Small tomatoes (diced)
1/2 Teaspoon of salt or salt to taste
2 hot dog sausages (chopped small)
1 Tablespoon of butter


1.  In a large frying pan place 1 Tbsp of butter.  Heat frying pan for 1 minute. 
2.  Add mixture of green and orange banana peppers, red Jalapeno pepper, diced tomatoes and chopped hot dogs. Stir for 1 minute.
3.  In a separate bowl mix together eggs adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
4.  Pour egg mixture into frying pan.
5.  Use a fork to gently stir eggs and pepper mixture in a lengthwise motion.  Do not let eggs dry out totally. Fry for only 1 to 2 minutes.
6.  This dish is ready serve with toast or any other side you would like.

**Red and green bell peppers can be used in place of banana peppers.
