Sweet Potato Chips!

This is one of the easiest recipes ever!!  You can sprinkle with ground cinnamon powder or fine sugar for added sweetness but they are just delicious all by themselves (lol I've managed to personify them a bit)


2 large sweet potatoes
Oil for frying
Servings:  4


1.  Thinly slice sweet potatoes.
2.  Heat oil (to about 350 degrees if using a deep fryer).
3.  Fry sweet potatoes until light brown in color and 
4.  Remove from oil, dry excess oil using paper towel and serve as you please.
